二 | 为了提高购票成功的概率，不少网友都提交了多笔候补订单。由于候补车票订单需要预付款，对于还未买到票的网友来说，已支付的预付款便成了存在12306“存钱罐”里的钱。　　“存了三千多了，四个人两天的候补，莫辜负”、“是这样的，存了1000多了”、“还以为是什么新软件，原来是催我买票了”、“我说我钱哪去了，打开明细全存12306里面了”，网友纷纷调侃。　　12306官方介绍，候补购票是一项便民服务，旨在为旅客提供更多购票机会。用户可以在12306平台上提交候补订单并预付款，系统会持续为旅客兑现候补需求。近期这一功能却意外登上热搜。有旅客反映，自己提交了多个候补订单，预付款高达数千元，但最终却无法兑现车票，钱款也迟迟未退回。这使得许多人质疑12306的候补购票功能是否存在设计缺陷。　　对于旅客的质疑，国铁集团表示，12306候补兑现成功率达75%以上。

三 | 建议旅客通过提报多个"日期、车次、席别"组合的候补订单，延长候补兑现时间，以增加候补成功率。

四 | 同时，国铁集团强调，如果无法满足旅客需求，系统会在截止兑现时间自动终止兑现，并原额退还预付款。　　同时，铁路部门提醒旅客，不要通过第三方平台购票，因为这些平台存在附加费、捆绑销售服务等风险，还可能导致个人隐私信息泄露。官方建议旅客通过12306官方网站和APP购票，并确认票款收款方为“中国铁路网络有限公司”。

五 | 　　此外，针对“买短乘长”的行为，铁路部门呼吁旅客遵守规定，不要越站乘车，以免影响列车运行安全和正常运输秩序。
